The units designed and built include basic refining, desulphurisation, deep conversion and octane improvement units. Técnicas Reunidas is one of the leading contractors at the Ras Tanura Refinery $2.6bn-expansion project, named the Ras Tanura Refinery Clean Fuels and Aromatics Project, aimed to improve the environmental friendliness of the plant.
